I am here to help you feel your best in YOUR body and mind using Somastery and LYT Method principles.

What is LYT? This isn’t yoga to be the most flexible or to achieve the peak pose. This is yoga to allow you to do whatever you do the rest of the day at your best, to move with more intention, to feel good in your body and to ultimately improve your strength and quality of life! This is functional, smart, sustainable movement.

What is Somastery? In somatic experiencing, we will use the channels of your awareness to open up a deeper communication and understanding of yourself. You gain access to a direct conversation with your unconscious mind—the beliefs, emotions, and body-based agreements with life that actively create your current reality. When you can learn to move through the channels, you can shift everything.

The art of somatic experiencing is, in essence, the ability to move emotional and mental energy out of our physical body to create deep healing for both our physical and psychological selves.

The nervous system isn't just about physical stuff like moving and breathing; it's also deeply connected to how we think, feel, and act. When it's balanced and regulated, we're more likely to feel calm, focused, and able to handle stress. But if it's dysregulated, it can mess with our mood, make us feel anxious or depressed, and even affect our ability to think clearly and make decisions. So, taking care of our nervous system is key for staying mentally healthy and feeling emotionally balanced. Somatic facilitation focuses on helping regulate the nervous system. Essentially, it's like giving your nervous system a tune-up, helping you feel more balanced and grounded both physically and emotionally.
