What is LYT? This isn’t yoga to be the most flexible or to achieve the peak pose. This is yoga to allow you to do whatever you do the rest of the day at your best, to move with more intention, to feel good in your body and to ultimately improve your strength and quality of life! This is functional, smart, sustainable movement.
What is Somastery? In somatic experiencing, we will use the channels of your awareness to open up a deeper communication and understanding of yourself. You gain access to a direct conversation with your unconscious mind—the beliefs, emotions, and body-based agreements with life that actively create your current reality. When you can learn to move through the channels, you can shift everything.

In these personalized sessions we learn body and mind awareness techniques that rewire the psyche and help to integrate even the most challenging experiences. The art of somatic experiencing is, in essence, the ability to move emotional and mental energy out of our physical body to create deep healing for both our physical and psychological selves.
